CHECK AND TEST 1
Check carefully to see if gasket is deformed.

Pull gasket out from corner.
PROCEDURE 2
Start from corner
Make sure base of gasket is pressed into trough completely.
Make sure gasket is properly aligned with edges of trough.
After closing the door, make sure gasket is well-attached.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Blow hot air on gasket with a hair dryer to soften gasket, so it can be easily attached to cabinet.
To assess whether rework was successful, place a torch on shelf and point light towards gasket.
Close door to see if there is any light leaking out.

Check to make sure that gasket is not wrinkling.

Use vernier callipers
to measure width of
entrance of gasket seat.
Use tool of same shape as gasket seat and insert into gasket seat, then flip the tool around.

PROCEDURE 3
Unscrew hinge cover.
Remove the cover.
Disconnect the terminals.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.
Remove fridge door.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the middle hinge.
Take away bottom door.
CHECK AND TEST 5
Make sure gasket is not detaching.
Insert the gasket into gasket seat, and pull it with a force of 30Nm.
DIAGNOSIS 5
Don’t forget to add washer onto hinge pin.
When installing door on hinge, please make sure door-stopper and hinge are properly aligned.
Make sure gasket is attached properly.
Make sure gaps between doors are even.
Check to make sure gasket plate turns over properly when door is opened and closed.
CHECK AND TEST 6
