CHECK AND TEST 1
Open one fridge door to verify functioning of LED light.
Open fridge door and freezer door on same side to same degree for 5 seconds.
DIAGNOSIS 1
Please make sure magnetic switches in both sides are checked.
PROCEDURE 1
Use 2mm slotted screwdriver to lever the cover off.
Move the cover away from the buckle.
Disconnect the terminal and take out the switch.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Check to see if the terminal is connected well or not.
Attach magnetic bar to magnetic switch.
Use multimeter to test the resistance value.
Take note of the value.
DIAGNOSIS 2
Result 0 depends
on measure range
of multimeter.
Recommended measure
range setting is at least
2k ohms.
PROCEDURE 2
Carefully place switch in trough to avoid damage.
Insert the pin into buckle.
Push the cover in.
CHECK AND TEST 3

Open fridge door and freezer door on same side to same degree for 5 seconds.
DIAGNOSIS 3
Please make sure magnetic switches in both sides are checked.
CHECK AND TEST 4
Put a small bolt on edge of magnetic area.
DIAGNOSIS 4
Please make sure to test
2 magnetic bars:
one on left side, the
other on right side.
PROCEDURE 3
Unscrew hinge cover.
Remove the cover.
Disconnect the terminals.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.
Remove fridge door.
Loosen the middle hinge and remove it.
Remove freezer door and replace with new one.
PROCEDURE 4
Don’t forget to add washer onto hinge pin.
When installing door
on the hinge, please
check to ensure proper
alignment of
door-stopper and hinge.
Ensure gasket is attached properly.
Gaps between door must be even and equal.
Make sure the gasket plate rotates properly when door is opened or closed.
CHECK AND TEST 5
