PROCEDURE 1


Step 1

Unscrew bottom
attachment.

Step 2

Unscrew top
attachment.

Step 3

Remove the plastic
cover.

Step 4

Unscrew central
attachment on left and
right side.

Step 5

Unscrew the plastic
guider.

Step 6

Hold cabinet and pull
appliance out.

CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Check whether the tray is full of water.

Step 1

Replace existing tray with a larger one.

PROCEDURE 2

Step 1

When a bigger tray isn't
available, please check
to see if is enough space
in compressor niche for
an additional tray.

Step 2

If there is enough space,
add a new tray and pipe.

Step 3

Cut off exhaust pipe and
braze on an evaporating
pipe. Then insert the
pipe into the tray.

PROCEDURE 2


Note

Step 1

Discharge refrigerant.
Cut off the charging tube
with a pair of pliers.

Step 2

Discharge all refrigerant
toward the exhaust vent.

Step 3

Melt brazing material
with flame and pull out
processing tube using a
pair of pliers.

Re-braze a copper tube onto compressor processing tubeClick below link to get more details for brazing requirements, go to Annex B1

Step 5

Install quick connector onto rebrazed pipe.

Step 6

Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa)
through quick connector
into pipe.

Step 7

Cut off exhaust pipe.

Step 8

Attach a new tray onto
compressor plate.

Step 9

Add evaporating pipe to
connect the 2 ends of
exhaust pipe.

Step 10

Attach evaporating pipe
to tray and braze.

Step 11

Add extra pipe to
connect the trays.

PROCEDURE 3


Step 1

Clean paint off brazed joint of drying-filter.

Step 2

Cut off drying-filter.

Step 3

Cut off capillary and shake to remove the cut end.

Step 4

Braze on a new drying-filter.

Step 5

Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa) through quick connector into pipe for at least 3 min to blow left refrigerant away.

Step 6

Add quick connector onto processing pipe of drying-filter.

Step 7

Perform leakage test on brazed joints of drying- filter and compressor processing pipe.

Step 8

Vacuum and recharge. Click below link to get more details for vocuuming and gas-charging requirements, go to Annex B2

Step 9

Block processing pipe twice with locking pliers.

Step 10

Leave locking pliers on the second block and cut off the rest of the pipe by shaking.

Step 11

Braze the ends and remove the pliers.
