CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Close the door and check carefully if there is any gap between gasket and cabinet.

Step 2

IIf there is a gap, blow hot air on gasket with a hair dryer to soften gasket, so it can be
easily attached to cabinet.

Note

When hinges require adjustment, please disassemble hinge and fridge door first.

Step 1

Prize up the top side of lower hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the hinge cover.

Step 3

Prize up the upper hinge cover with a screwdriver.

Step 4

Unscrew the hinge.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Case 1:
Gap near the hinge side.

NOTE

Step 1

Adjust the hinge diagonally upward, to eliminate light leakage so cabinet and gasket
meet.

Case 2:
Gap near the hinge side.

NOTE

Step 1

Adjust the hinge diagonally downward, to eliminate the gap so cabinet and gasket meet.

Case 3:
Gap in the middle of hinge or opening side.

Step 1

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of door and cabinet.

Step 2

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of door and cabinet.
