CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Unscrew the screws of cover to compressor area.

Step 2

Remove the cover  to compressor area.

Step 3

Pull the thermostat capillary sensor out of foam.

Step 4

1. Push the top cover forward.

Step 5

Disconnect the thermostat terminals.

Step 6

Prize off the thermostat knob with a slotted screwdriver.

Step 7

Disconnect the knob from thermostat.

Step 8

Unscrew the thermostat nut.

Step 9

Remove the thermostat.

Step 10

Test thermostat individually.

Tip 1

When inserting capillary into the hole, make sure the red mark stays ouside the foam, and seal the hole with plastic or sponge.

Tip 2

When inserting thermostat into the hole, make sure the hole is sealed properly.
