CHECK AND TEST 1
Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light
leaks out from gasket.
Blow hot air onto gasket with hair dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
Prize up screw cover.
Push the top cover forward.
Take away the top cover.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove door hinge.
Lay down the cabinet and unscrew the adjustable foot.
Case 1:
Light leaks from the corner on opening side.
PROCEDURE 2
Unscrew the bottom hinge and move it outward.
Use hinge with large hole and push outward.
Use hair dryer to blow hot air onto gasket to
soften so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
Case 2:
Light leakage can be seen from the corner of
door hinge side.
Unscrew the bottom hinge and move it
inward.
Use hinge with large hole and push inward.
Use hair dryer to blow hot air onto gasket to
soften so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
DIAGNOSIS 2
After adjusting hinges, put a torch into cabinet
and check to see if any light leaks out through
gasket.
Case 3:
Light leakage can be seen from the middle.
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation
of cabinet.
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation
of door.
Push the top cover forward.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove door hinge.
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of door to make sure new door is good before
installation.
Use hair dryer to blow hot air onto gasket to
soften so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
Don’t forget to add washer onto hinge pin (if there is one).
When installing door onto hinge, please check
the alignment between door-stopper and hinge.
Make sure gasket is properly attached.
Make sure the door is parallel to the cabinet.
