CHECK AND TEST 1
Check reworking record to see if thermostat has been replaced.
Check to see if the thermostat gear is 5 to 7.
Check to see if compressor running time is greater than 85%.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Discharge refrigerant: Cut off the charging tube with pliers.
Discharge all refrigerant toward the exhaust vent.
Melt brazing material with flame and pull out processing tube using a pair of pliers.
Re-braze a copper
tube onto compressor
processing tube.

Install quick connector onto re-brazed pipe.
Inject nitrogen of 1.57Mpa through quick connector into pipe.
Test brazed joints in compressor niche for leaks with soapy water.
DIAGNOSIS 2
PROCEDURE 1
Clean paint from brazed joint.
Cut off brazed joint with leakage.
Use a larger copper tube to connect 2 ends of brazed joint.
Braze the 2 ends.

materials,on Annex B1
CHECK AND TEST 3
nject nitrogen at 1.57Mpa through quick connector into pipe and use soapy water to perform leakage test again.
DIAGNOSIS 3
CHECK AND TEST 4
Braze a piezometer onto processing tube of compressor.
Charge nitrogen of 1.57Mpa through quick connector into pipe.
Do leakage test on brazing points and piezometer.
DIAGNOSIS 4
CHECK AND TEST 5
Give the system 1.57Mpa Nitrogen, and then observe if there is rust and/or spotted holes on pipes of compressor niche and evaporator.
Apply soapy water to rusty area test for leaks.
DIAGNOSIS 5
PROCEDURE 2
Cut off brazed joint with leakage.
Use a larger copper tube to connect 2 ends of brazed joint.
Braze the 2 ends.
Follow below link to
find out right brazing
materials,on Annex B1
CHECK AND TEST 5
Inject nitrogen at 1.57Mpa through quick connector into pipe and use soapy water to perform leakage test again.
DIAGNOSIS 5
PROCEDURE 3
Clean paint off brazed joint of drying-filter.
Cut off drying-filter.
Cut off capillary and shake to remove the cut end.
Braze on a new drying- filter.
Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa) through quick connector into pipe for at least 3 min to blow remaining refrigerant away.
Add quick connector onto processing pipe of drying-filter.
Do leakage test on brazed joints of drying- filter and processing pipe on compressor.
Vacuum and recharge.

Block processing pipe twice by locking pliers.
Leave locking pliers on the second block and shake to cut off the rest of the pipe.
Braze the ends and remove the pliers.
DIAGNOSIS.
