CHECK AND TEST 1
Step 1
Check to see if drain channel is full of water.
Step 2
Insert a stiff cord or belt into pipe.
Step 3
If the belt can pass through the pipe, it is blocked with soft food material.
Step 4
Twist the belt to loosen food material stuck on pipe wall, then use water to flush food material out of pipe.

If belt could not pass
through the drain pipe
and water is still in
channel, mark the belt
at blockage point.
Step 2
Measure temperature of
fridge temp. sensor.
Step 3
Compare the length with data on drawing and check the usage time.
Step 4
If length is equal to the length from entrance to pipe joints and the problem has occurred in the first week after purchaze, pipe is blocked with foam. Please use a hook to smash foam.
Step 5
Method for testing rework: pour water into drain channel. If water drains properly, rework was successful.
