CHECK AND TEST 1
Step 1
Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light leaks out from gasket.
Step 2
Blow hot air onto gasket with hair dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.

Step 1
Remove the screw cover.
Step 2
Unscrew.
Step 3
Remove top cover.
Step 4
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the door hinge.
Step 5
Remove upper door.
Step 6
Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the middle hinge.
Step 7
Remove bottom door.
Step 8
Tilt cabinet by 10 degrees.
Step 9
Unscrew the adjustable foot.
Step 10
Unscrew 2 bolts and remove bottom hinge.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Case 1:
Light leaks from the corner on opening side.
Step 1
Add washer to make middle hinge move outward.
Step 2
Use hinge with large hole and push outward.
Step 3
Blow hot air onto gasket with hair dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
Step 4
Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light leaks out from gasket.
DIAGNOSIS 2
CHECK AND TEST 3
Case 2:
Light leaks at hinge side.
Step 1
Remove washer to make middle hinge move inward
Step 2
Use hinge with large hole and push inward.
Step 3
Blow hot air onto gasket with hair dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
Step 4
Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light leaks out from gasket.

Case 3:
Light leakage can be seen from the middle.
Step 1
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of cabinet.
Step 2
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of door.

Step 1
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of door to make sure new door is good before installation.
Step 2
Tilt cabinet by 10 degrees and unscrew bolts of hinge.
Step 3
Screw the adjustable foot.
Step 4
Install bottom door.
Step 5
Screw 2 bolts and install the middle hinge.
Step 6
Install upper door.
Step 7
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the door hinge.
Step 8
Install top cover
Step 9
Screw in to fix top cover.
Step 10
Install the screw cover.
Tip 1
Don’t forget to add washer onto hinge pin.
Tip 2
When installing door onto hinge, please check the alignment of doors topper and hinge.
Tip 3
Make sure gasket is properly attached.
Tip 4
Make sure gaps between doors are even.
