CHECK AND TEST 1
Open the fridge doors to check carefully if gasket is cracked.
DIAGNOSIS 1
PROCEDURE 1
Pull gasket out from 4 corners.
Install a new gasket.
Start from corner.
Make sure gasket foot is pressed into gasket seat completely.
Make sure gasket is well-aligned with gasket seat.
After closing door, make sure gasket is well-attached to door.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Check to see if gasket is
deformed.
1) Example of slight
deformation.
2) Example of serious deformation.
If gasket is deformed slightly, blow hot air onto gasket with Hair Dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.
If gasket is deformed seriously, please measure the width of gasket seat opening with Vernier calipers.
Assessment of results after completing step 3 and rework method.
Use tool with same shape as gasket seat and insert into the seat. Then turn the tool around.

Pull gasket out from 4 corners.
Install a new gasket.
Start from corner.
Make sure gasket foot is pressed into gasket seat completely.
Make sure gasket is well-aligned with gasket seat.
After closing door, make sure gasket is well-attached to door.
CHECK AND TEST 3
Test for new door:
Insert the gasket into
gasket seat and pull it
with a force of 30N.

Remove the screw cover.
Unscrew.
Remove top cover.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the door hinge.
Remove upper door.
Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the middle hinge.
Remove bottom door.
PROCEDURE 4
Don’t forget to add a washer onto hinge pin.
When installing door onto hinge, please check the alignment of door stopper and hinge.
Blow hot air to make sure gasket is properly attached.
Make sure gaps between doors are even.
Make sure gasket isn’t detaching anywhere.
CHECK AND TEST 4
Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light leaks out from gasket.
