Check if door and shelves are in normal position, and if there
is abnormal friction between food package and wall of the appliance.

Listen carefully to detect whether noise comes from top hinge.

Step 2

Listen carefully to detect whether noise comes from middle hinge.

Step 3

Use a small brush to add Vaseline to hinge pins and hinge holes.

Open and close door several times.
