CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Place torch in the cabinet and check to see if any light leaks out through gasket.

Step 2

Use hair dryer to blow hot air and soften gasket so it is easier to attach to cabinet.

DIAGNOSIS 1


PROCEDURE 1

a. Remove the freezer drawers.

b. Remove the bottom freezer drawer.

c. Check if the wheels on the cabinet and freezer drawer are tilted, creacked, or if steel ball is missing

d. If "yes" for the cabinet wheels, unscrew and replace with new one;

If "yes" for freezer drawer wheels, replace with a new freezer drawer.

e. If replacing the wheels is not working or the wheels are good, use square ruler to measure the deformation of drawer brackets and cabinet.
If deformation of brackets is more than 5mm, replace the drawer with new one.

f. If replacing the drawer door is not working or the drawer doors are good, use steel ruler to measure the position of the wheels on cabinet.

f. If the position of wheel deviates more than 5mmfrom specifications on photo, replace the appliance with new one.

g. If the wheels are properly positionated, use steel ruler to measure the deformation of cabinet.

h. If deformation of cabinet is more than 3mm, replace the appliance with new one.
