CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Unscrew hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the cover.

Step 3

Disconnect the terminals.

Step 4

Check to see whether sleeves of wires in gasket plate and hinge cover are broken.

Check if earthing wires are loose.

Step 1

Cut off the wire.

Step 2

Peel off the sleeves.

Step 3

Make sure wires are in proper order and connect them.

Step 4

Tin soldering.

Step 5

Cover connecting point with electrical tape.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Step 1

Power on and perform a leakage test.
Put one detector on earthing wire of socket, and another detector

on edge of side panel without paint.

Step 1

Remove central screw cover.

Step 2

Loosen 2 screws
of terminal cover in anticlockwise direction.

CHECK AND TEST 3

Step 1

Check if the wires in gasket plate are broken or not.

Step 1

Cut off the wire.

Step 2

Step 3

Make sure wires are in proper order and connect them.

Tin soldering.
