CHECK AND TEST 1
Cut off capillary to discharge refrigerant.
Step 2
Discharge all refrigerant toward the exhaust vent.
Melt brazing material with flame and pull out
processing tube with pliers.
Re-braze a copper tube onto processing tube of
compressor.
Please find more details
of brazing requirements, on 10.4 Annex B1.

Step 6
Cut off drying-filter.
Cut off capillary and shake to remove the cut
end.
Add quick connector onto processing pipe of
drying-filter.
Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa) through quick connector into pipe for at least 3 min to blow remaining refrigerant away.
Use a piece of paper to check gas pressure.
PROCEDURE 1
Unscrew terminal cover.
Remove terminal cover.
Disconnect all terminals.
Unscrew earthing wire.
Unscrew nut of
compressor.
Install a new compressor on top.
