Replace existing tray with a larger one.
CHECK AND TEST 2
Check to make sure there is enough space in
compressor niche for a new tray.
Cut off exhaust pipe and braze on an evaporating pipe. Then insert the pipe into the tray.
Discharge refrigerant: cut off charging tube with pliers.
Discharge all refrigerant toward the exhaust vent.
Melt brazing material with flame and pull
processing tube out with a pair of pliers.
Re-braze a copper tube onto processing tube of
compressor.
To get more details on brazing requirements,
please go to 10.4 Annex B1.
Install quick connector onto re-brazed pipe.
Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa) through quick connector into pipe.
Attach a new tray onto compressor plate.
Add evaporating pipe to connect the 2 ends of
exhaust pipe.

exhaust pipe.
Add extra pipe to connect the trays.
Clean paint off of brazed joint of drying-filter.
Cut off capillary and remove the cut end by
shaking.
Braze on a new drying-filter.
Inject nitrogen (1.57Mpa) through quick connector into pipe for at least 3 min to blow left
refrigerant away.
Add quick connector onto processing pipe of
drying-filter.
Do leakage test on brazed joints of drying-filter and processing pipe on compressor.
Vacuum and recharge. Click below link to
