CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Use steel ruler to measure the gap and
misalignment. Check if the gap and misalignment is greater than 3mm.

Step 2

Horizontal gap is not even.

PROCEDURE 1

Step 1

Unscrew hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the cover.

Step 3

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.

Step 4

Remove upper door.

Step 5

Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the middle hinge

Step 6

Remove bottom door.

Step 7

Move the middle hinge inward or outward.

Step 8

Move the top hinge inward or outward.
(no need to remove the door)

Step 9

Misalignment in fore-and-aft direction.

Step 10

Add washer to middle hinge or move top and
bottom hinge inward or outward.

Step 11

Move the top hinge inward or outward.
After completing adjustments, reverse
above steps to reinstall all components.
