CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Open door to an angle of 8° from cabinet.
If the door does not close automatically, there
is a problem with the door stopper.

 

Step 2

Check the alignment between door stopper
and hinge to find out root causes.

Step 3

Check to see whether screw is screwed
correctly into final position. If not, this would cause misalignment between door stopper and hinge.

Step 4

Check if there are too many washers, causing
misalignment between door stopper and hinge.

Step 5

Check if the door stopper is deformed and
causing misalignment.

PROCEDURE 1

Step 1

Unscrew hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the cover.

Step 3

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.

Step 4

Remove upper door.

Step 5

Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the middle hinge.

Step 6

Remove bottom door.

Step 7

Unscrew and remove deformed door-stopper,
and attach a new one onto top door.

Reverse above procedures to restore
hinges and doors, however, please pay
attention to below points.

Tip 1

Don’t forget to add a washer onto hinge pin.

Tip 2

When install door onto hinge, please check the
match between door-stopper and hinge.

Tip 3

Gasket is attached well.

Tip 4

Gaps between doors are even.
