CHECK AND TEST 1

Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light leaks out from gasket.

Case 1:
Light leaks from the corner on opening side. 

Step 1

Blow hot air onto gasket with hair dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.

Unscrew hinge cover. 

Step 2

Remove the cover. 


Step 3
Instructions for adjusting hinge.

Step 4

Remove upper door.

Step 5

Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the middle hinge.

Step 6

Remove bottom door.

Step 7

Tilt cabinet by 10 degrees.

Step 8

Unscrew the adjustable foot.

Step 9

Unscrew 2 bolts and remove bottom hinge. 

Reverse steps above to reinstall or replace hinges and doors.

PROCEDURE 2

Step 1

Add washer to make middle hinge move outward.

Step 2

Use hinge with large hole and push outward.

Step 3

Use hair dryer to blow hot air onto gasket on
hinge side to soften so that gasket can easily
attach onto cabinet.

inward.

Step 2

Use hair dryer to blow hot air onto gasket to
soften so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.

Step 3

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation
of cabinet.

Step 4

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation
of door.

check the alignment of doorstopper and hinge.

Make sure gasket is properly attached.

Step 4

Make sure gaps between doors are even.
