CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Open fridge doors and check carefully to
see whether gasket is cracked.

Step 2

Check carefully if gasket is deformed.

Step 3

Measure the width of gasket seat opening with
Vernier calipers.

Step 1

Blow hot air onto gasket with Hair Dryer to soften, so that gasket can be easily attached onto cabinet.

Step 2

Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light
leaks out from gasket.

Step 1

Pull gasket out by the corner.

TIPS FOR INSTALLING GASKET:

Tip 1

Start from the corner.

Tip 2

Make sure base of gasket is pressed into
trough completely.

Tip 3

Make sure gasket is properly aligned with
edges of trough.

Tip 4

After closing the door, make sure gasket is well
attached onto door.

PROCEDURE 3

Step 1

Unscrew hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the cover.

Step 3

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.

Step 4

Remove fridge door.

Reverse above procedures to reinstall
hinges and doors.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Step 1

Insert the gasket into gasket seat and pull it
with a force of 30N.

CHECK AND TEST 3

Step 1

Use tool with same shape as gasket seat
and insert into the seat. Then, turn the tool
around.

Step 1

Unscrew hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the cover.

Step 3

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.

Step 4

Remove fridge door.

Reverse above procedures to reinstall
hinges and doors.

CHECK AND TEST 4

Step 1

Place a torch in cabinet and check to see if light
leaks out from gasket.

PROCEDURE 5


Tip 1

Don’t forget to add a washer onto hinge pin.

Tip 2

When installing door onto hinge, please
check the alignment of doorstopper and hinge.

Tip 3

Make sure gasket is properly attached.

Tip 4

Make sure gaps between doors are even.

Tip 5

Make sure gasket isn’t detaching anywhere.
