CHECK AND TEST 1
Place a torch on shelf and point light towards gasket.
Close fridge door to see if there is any light leaking out.
Blow hot air to gasket by hair dryer to soften gasket so that gasket can be attached onto cabinet easily.

PROCEDURE 1
Unscrew hinge cover.
Remove the cover.
Disconnect the terminals.
Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.
Remove the door.
PROCEDURE 2
Light leaks out from top corner of opening side.
Reinstall the door on bottom hinge.
Use a new top hinge with large hole and push the top hinge outwards.
Light leaks out from bottom corner of opening side.
Use a new bottom hinge
with large hole and
push the bottom hinge
outwards.
Reinstall the door.
Reinstall the door.
Light leaks out from the whole opening side.
Use a new bottom hinge
with large hole and
push the bottom hinge
outwards.
Reinstall the door.
Use a new top hinge with large hole and push the new top hinge outwards.
Light leaks out from top corner of hinge side.
Reinstall the door on bottom hinge.
Use a new top hinge with large hole and push the top hinge inwards.
Light leaks out from bottom corner of hinge side.
Use a new bottom hinge
with large hole and
push the bottom hinge
inwards.
Reinstall the door.
Reinstall the door.
Light leaks out from the whole hinge side.
Use a new bottom hinge
with large hole and
push the bottom hinge
outwards.
Reinstall the door.
Use a new top hinge with large hole and push the new top hinge inwards.
Light leaks out from the middle of opening side or hinge side.
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of fridge door.
If deformation is more than 3mm, replace the fridge door.
Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of cabinet.
If deformation is more than 3mm, replace the appliance.
