8.11 RELIABILITY FAULTS:
WATER DRIPS OR NO WATER FROM WATER DISPENSER
CHECK AND TEST 1

Check to see whether
dispenser drips or
doesn't expel water.

CHECK AND TEST 2
Step 1
1) Remove the balcony
on water tank.
2) Remove the cover of
water tank.
Step 2
Check if the tank
is pushed into final
position.
The picture in right side
shows the right position.
if not, push it into final
position.
Step 3
Check to see if the slot on door for water tank is deformed.
Step 4
Check to see if the
slot on water tank is
deformed.
Step 5
Check to see if the
rubber washer is broken.
Step 6
Loosen the latch
Step 7
Remove the cover.
Step 8
Lever off the other
washer.
Step 8
Remove the washer and
check if it is broken.
Step 9
Check the attachment of
rubber core.
Step 10
Pull the bottom part of valve.
Step 11
Disassemble it.
Step 12
Check if the rubber is cracked or deformed.
Step 13
Measure the free length of spring.
Step 14
Pull out the tap.
Step 15
Check if white plastic is broken or deformed.
