CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Unscrew cover of mainboard with a
Cross-head screwdriver.

Step 2
Check if terminals are well inserted to final
position or not.
If not, reinsert them again.

Step 3

Power on the appliance
and open the door.

Step 1

Prize off the cover with 2mm slotted driver.

Step 2

Unscrew with 6mm crosshead
screwdriver.

Step 3

Pull down the light box.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Step 1

Check if terminal is
connected well.
If not, reconnect it well.

Step 2

Check if wires are broken
or not.

Step 3

Check wire order is correct
or not.

Pictures show correct
wire order.

Step 1

Cut off the wire.

Step 2

Peel off the sleeves.

Step 3

Make sure wires are in proper order and
connect them.

Step 4

Tin soldering.

Step 5

Cover connecting point with electrical tape.

CHECK AND TEST 3


Step 1

Disconnect terminal of LED light.

Step 2

Provide DC 12V to LED on the top to check if it is on or not.

Step 1

Loosen the clips and remove LED light board.
Then install a new LED light board.

CHECK AND TEST 4

Step 1

Set multimeter to resistance gear.

Step 2

Check wire connection from PCB area to LED
area.
