9.5 APPERANCE FAULT LIST:

COMPRESSOR IS DAMAGED

 CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

 Verify whether compressor plate is deformed by more than 30mm.

Step 2

 Check to see if supporting wheel is deformed or cracked.

Step 1

Unscrew power line and earthing wire.


Step  2

Unscrew nut for compressor.

Step 3

Lay down product so that compressor resting on foam.

Step 4

Unscrew compressor plate and remove.

Step 1

See if compressor plate is deformed

Step 1

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove the top hinge.


Step 2

Unscrew the nut of compressor

Step 3

Lay down product so that compressor is resting on foam.

Step 4

Uncrew and remove compressor plate


Reverse above steps to replace the plate
