CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

To assess whether rework was successful, place a torch on shelf and point light towards gasket. 

Step 2

Press the button SW1 on mainboard (within 1 minute of powering on the appliance) to start manual defrost.

Step 1

Prize up screw cover and unscrew it. 

Step 2

Push the top cover forward. 

Step 3

Take off the top cover.

Unscrew and remove top hinge. 

Step 2

Replace a new top hinge with large hole, push it a little outwards and screw the bolts.

Lay down the appliance and remove the adjustable foot.

Step 2

Unscrew and remove bottom hinge. 

Step 3

Replace a new bottom hinge with large hole, push it a little outwards and screw the bolts.

Unscrew and remove top hinge. 

Step 2

Replace a new top hinge with large hole, push it a little inwards and screw the bolts.

Lay down the appliance and remove the adjustable foot.

Unscrew and remove bottom hinge. 

Step 3

Replace a new bottom hinge with large hole, push it a little inwards and screw the bolts.

Step 1

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of the door. 

Step 2

Use steel ruler to measure the deformation of cabinet.

Step 1

Prize up screw cover. 

Step 2

Unscrew. 

Step 3

Push the top cover forward. 

Step 4

Take off the top cover. 

Step 5

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove door hinge 

Step 6

Remove the door.

Tip 1

Make sure the new door is not deformed. 

Tip 2

Make sure gasket of the new door is in good condition and well installed. 

Tip 3

Make sure gasket retaining force of the new door is ≥30N. 

Tip 4

If there is a pin, don’t forget to add a washer onto hinge pin. 

Tip 5

If there is a door stopper, when installing door onto hinge, please check the alignment of door stopper and hinge. 

Tip 6

Make sure gasket is properly attached. 

Tip 7

Make sure the door is parallel to the cabinet (top cover).
