CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Push the door to an angle of 8° from cabinet, if the door doesn’t close automatically, there is a problem with the door stopper.

Step 2

Observe the alignment between door stopper and hinge to determine root causes. 

Case 1:

Too many washers are causing misalignment between door stopper and hinge. 

Case 2:

Screw is not driven into proper final position, causing misalignment between door stopper and hinge.

Drive it in with a screw driver. 

Case 3:

Door stopper is deformed and causing misalignment.

PROCEDURE 1


Step 1

Prize up screw cover. 

Step 2

Unscrew. 

Step 3

Push the top cover forward. 

Step 4

Take off the top cover. 

Step 5

Unscrew 3 bolts and remove door hinge. 

Step 6

Remove the door. 

Step 7

Unscrew and remove deformed door-stopper.

Tip 1

If there is pin, don’t forget to add a washer onto hinge pin. 

Tip 2

If there is a doorstopper, when installing door onto hinge, please check the alignment of doorstopper and hinge. 

Tip 3

Make sure gasket is properly attached. 

Tip 4

Make sure the door is parallel to the cabinet (top cover).
