CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Use steel ruler to measure vertical gap between door and cabinet. 

Step 2

Use steel ruler to measure horizontal gap between door and top cover.

PROCEDURE 1


Step 1

Prize up screw cover. 

Step 2

Unscrew. 

Step 3

Push the top cover forward. 

Step 4

Take off the top cover. 

Case 1:

MISALIGNMENT OF VERTICAL GAP 

REWORK

Step 1

Unscrew 3 bolts of top hinge. 

Step 2

Slightly adjust top hinge:

If gap at top is greater, adjust top hinge inside.

If gap at bottom is greater, adjust top hinge outside. 


Case 2:

MISALIGNMENT OF HORIZONTAL GAP 

REWORK

Step 1

Unscrew 3 bolts of top hinge. 

Step 2

Slightly adjust top hinge:

If gap on the left is greater, adjust top hinge rightside.

If gap on the right is greater, adjust top hinge leftside.
