PROCEDURE 1


Step 1

Unscrew bottom
attachment.

Step 2

Unscrew top
attachment.

Step 3

Remove the plastic
cover.


Step 4
Unscrew central
attachment on left and
right side.

Step 5

Unscrew the plastic
guider.

Step 6

Hold cabinet and pull
appliance out.


Note:
Reverse procedures
above to install the
appliance.

CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Check to see if drain channel is full of water.

Step 2

Insert a stiff cord or belt
into pipe.

Step 3

If the belt can pass through the pipe, it is blocked with soft food material.

Step 4

Twist the belt to loosen food material stuck on pipe wall, then use water to flush food material out of pipe.

Step 1
If belt could not pass
through the drain pipe
and water is still in
channel, mark the belt
at blockage point.

Step 2
Measure the length.


Step 3
Compare the length with
data on drawing and
check the usage time.

Step 4

If length is equal to the
length from entrance
to pipe joints and the
problem has occurred
in the first week after
purchase, pipe is blocked
with foam. Please use a
hook to smash foam.

Step 5

Method for testing rework:
pour water into drain
channel. If water drains
properly, rework was
successful.
