DIAGNOSIS 1


CHECK AND TEST 1

Note

For Magnetic switch 

Step 1

Use 2mm slotted screwdriver to remove the cover. 

Step 2

Unfasten and lift cover from the right. 

Step 3

Disconnect the terminal and take out the switch. 

Tips for reinstalling the switch: 

1  Carefully place switch in trough to avoid damage.

2  Open the door to check if LED is on or not. 

LED LIGHT IS ALWAYS OFF, FLASHING. 

Step 4

Check to see whether terminal is connected properly. 

Step 5

Attach a magnetic bar to magnetic switch. 

Step 6

Use multimeter to test the resistance value.

Step 7

Check the value. 

PROCEDURE 1


Step 1

Use 2mm slotted screwdriver to remove the cover. 

Step 2

Unfasten and lift cover from the right.

Step 3

Disconnect the terminal and take out the switch. 

Tips for reinstalling the switch: 

1  Carefully place switch in trough to avoid damage.

2  Open the door to check if LED is on or not. 

PROCEDURE 2

Note

For Mechanical switch 

Step 1

Insert slotted screw into edge of switch and lever switch edge outwards.

Step 2

Prize top edge of switch out. 

Step 3

Lever switch out of buckle. 

Step 4

Check the connection of switch.

Correct connection: NC & COM 

Step 5

Polish any scratches caused during disassembly and reverse steps 1 to 3 to reinstall switch. 

Note

If connection is wrong, correct it.
