8.2 RELIABILITY PROBLEMS:

NOISE WHEN DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES

CHECK AND TEST 1

Step 1

Check if door and shelves are in normal position, and if there
is abnormal friction between food package and wall of the appliance

DIAGNOSIS 1

If everything is ok, the
noise is certainly coming
from a hinge.
If not, move food
materials until the noise
disappears.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Step 1

Listen carefully to
determine source of
noise.

Step 2

Use small brush to add
Vaseline onto hinge pins
and inside hinge holes.
Open and shut door
several times. Repeat
above steps until noise
disappears completely.

Step 1

Unscrew bottom
attachment.

 

Step 2

Unscrew top
attachment.

Step 3
Remove the plastic
cover.



Step 4

Unscrew the plastic
guider.

Step 5
Hold cabinet and move
it out 3mm.

Note:
Reverse procedures
above to install the
appliance.

PROCEDURE 2

Step 1

Unscrew the fixation
plate and remove it.

Step 2

unscrew top hinge and
remove it.

Step 3

Remove fridge door.

Reverse procedures
above to replace fridge
door.
Pay attention to
cabinet positioning.
