Blow hot air onto gasket
with Hair Dryer to soften,
so that gasket can be
easily attached onto
cabinet.

Pull gasket out from 4
corners.

Tip 1

Start from corner.

Tip 2

Make sure gasket foot is
pressed into gasket seat
completely.

Tip 3

Make sure gasket is
well-aligned with gasket
seat.

After closing door,
make sure gasket is
well-attached to door.

CHECK AND TEST 2

Step 1

Measure the width of
gasket seat opening with
Vernier calipers.

Step 1

Pull gasket out from 4 corners.


Tip 1

Start from corner.

Tip 2

Make sure gasket foot is pressed into gasket seat completely.

Tip 3

After closing door, make sure gasket is well-attached to door.

CHECK AND TEST 3

Step 1

Check internal shape of gasket seat. Use tool with same shape as gasket seat and insert into the seat. Then turn the tool around.

Step 1

Unscrew bottom
attachment.

Step 2

Unscrew top
attachment.

Step 3

Remove the plastic
cover.

Step 4

Hold cabinet and pull
appliance out.

Step 5

Unscrew the fixation
plate and remove it.

Step 6

Unscrew top hinge and
remove it.

Step 7

Remove fridge door.


Step 8

Reverse procedures
above to replace fridge
door.
Pay attention to cabinet
positioning.

CHECK AND TEST 4

Step 1

Insert the gasket into gasket seat and pull it with a force of 30N.
